Will you provide ongoing support forever?
Great question!
We'll always be here for assistance, just not always for free. With the $5 website, we'll provide free ongoing support for 30 days. This will ensure that you're comfortable navigating your way around the designer without any major issues. After the 30 days have past, we do offer tech support for $97/mo.
Should I have all my content/media ready to go?
Nope, that isn't necessary!
We can use stock footage/images until your content is done. We also offer media services such as photography and videography in case you need something done for you.
What software will you use?
Our premium websites are built out in Framer.
How will my website be turned over to me, and will I have complete control?
Great question!
Once we get all the information needed to begin developing the website, we will build it out under our account. Once we're done, we'll send you an invite to view the site, and you'll either approve or request changes.
After final approval of the site, we will then send what is known as a "remix link," and this link will be what you'll use to download the site into your own account that you will be prompted to create upon clicking the remix link.
When the site is loaded into your own account, all you'll need to do is add your "site plan" which would be the web hosting that we mentioned above and you'll be good to go. The site will be 100% yours and in your control.
Do I need to have a domain purchased already?
The quick answer is no.
If you have an idea that you're sure about, I always recommend purchasing the domain right away to ensure it doesn't get taken. Most domains are relatively cheap, and we can walk you through the process of obtaining one if you aren't sure how.
Will I be able to make edits to my site?
Absolutely!
When you first look at the designer in Framer it looks intimidating, but this is why we offer the 30 day tech support. We will show you exactly what to do to make changes, and how to keep the overall structure of your website.
What if I want my website built in a different software?
At this moment in time, we only build in Framer and Go Highlevel. Our Go Highlevel sites do not qualify for our $5 premium website offer.
What if I change my mind about wanting a website and want to cancel?
There would be nothing for us to cancel.
The beauty of how our process works is that you don't actually pay anything until the site is completed, and approved. Once the website is approved, we will send a payment link for the $5 and once it's received we'll handoff the website.
Should you decide to want to cancel after having the site transferred to your Framer account, you would need to downgrade your website to the free tier of the hosting plan. The free tier will host your website on the Framer domain, and your web address would become "yourwebsite.framer.com." Your site would be a sub-domain of Framer so when people search for your website they would actually see the word "Framer" in it rather than your own .com web address. This would be the only way to cancel outside of completely deleting your Framer account and website.

With this being an offer for a $5 premium website, we'd only be building a landing page (single-page website). This is for more reasons than one, but the main reason is that we are not utilizing any templates and would be custom building your website which takes time. Designing a multi-page website would take more time and further delay getting your business up and running.
